Tangier to Marrakech

We will meet at your accommodation and go to the small city (like a fortress) called Chefchaouen. Its houses and buildings are painted in blue and white and are a standout amongst the most lovely cities in the Rif Mountains. You have free time to investigate on your own the city of Chefchaouen. We spend our night at a Riad in Medina where will have dinner and authentic overnight.
After breakfast, we proceed with our adventure to the archeological site of Volubilis where you can investigate the well known Roman ruins. Afetrwards we go to Meknes to visit the imperial city and its most fascinating landmarks. Later we will reach and investigate Fes medina where we spend the night in a traditional riad.
After breakfast, we will drive from Fes to Ifrane, which is an excellent mountain town, called the Switzerland of Morocco. We stop near the forest of cedar in the Middle Atlas mountains where you can see monkeys playing and enjoying their freedom. We proceed with our tour to Azrou – Berber town in the biggest cedar forest in Morocco. Then we continue to the city of Midelt well known for its mineral and cool climate in summer. We will go along the Ziz valley, afterwards we visit Erfoud and its fossil items. In Rissani we can visit the local souk and have Berber pizza. Later we got to Merzouga desert and spend our night in a desert camp. You’ll have a camel trek to the desert camp and enjoy dinner an music.
Get up early in the morning to see the dawn from the most noteworthy dune and after that proceed with a camel ride to our hotel in Merzouga. After breakfast and a shower we continue to Rissani and Erfoud, where we can visit the factory of fossil marble and shops. Afterwards we pass by Tinjdad, Tinghir and our next stop will be in the Todra Gorge. It is a heaven for climbers and you’ll have leisure time to discover it for yourself. Toward the afternoon we proceed to the Dades Valley where we will eat and sleep in a local Riad.
Today we visit departure to Marrakech Ouarzazatte where you can visit the movie studios and the local kasbah. We continue our private visit to Morocco Ait Ben Haddou to visit the famous town and fortress. Many famous movies have been filmed here. Then we continue driving through the High Atlas mounains through Tizi n Tichka mountain pass. After we got Marrackech leave us at your hotel or airport. End of our Tangier Desert Tour.
